The Reference & Information Service Departmen t provides access for students, staff and faculty of Xi'an Jiaotong University to items that are not available at the Xi'an Jiaotong University Library. Through cooperative agreements we are able to borrow materials and provide photocopies of articles from other libraries.

Setp 1.Please log in the ILL system to get an ILL id, the system will send the registration email to you.

Setp 2.Take you id card to The Reference & Information Service Departmen t within 1 week to confirm your ILL id.

Setp 3.After confirm your ID, you can use the ILL system to order books, articles, and other materials, check the status of your requests, renew materials, or cancel requests through your web browser.
