慢性疼痛是世界上主要的健康问题之一，为满足国民健康的发展需求，通过神经环路与功能环路的建立与维持机制，深入理解神经元突触传递的分子与细胞机制，探索慢性疼痛中枢系统以及与负性情绪互作的神经网络调节和分子调节机制开展研究，为慢性疼痛临床治疗提供理论支持，为临床转化研究提供新的药物靶点。
