1、 个人简介:
胡光亮,助理教授。2019年在获得工学博士学位,期间赴美国堪萨斯大学做访问学者。2020年进入电信学部微电子学院工作,主要从事铁电薄膜器件与磁性器件的研究。主持国家自然科学基金青年基金项目1项,横向项目2项。在Materials Horizons,ACS Applied Materials & Interfaces, Applied Physics Letter,等国内外高水平刊物发表学术论文10余篇。
