Abstract :
本书以高校拔尖创新人才为分析对象,依据国内外创新人才培养的前沿研究与可行实践,围绕“环境创设——培养过程——人才输出”这三个人才培养的前、中、后期重要阶段,设计出能够有效反映中国情境下拔尖创新人才特征与培养方式的相关量表,并以问卷调研与半结构化质性访谈为主要调查方法,分析当前我国高校拔尖创新人才培育现状。具体而言,本书的对于拔尖创新人才培养的讨论内容包括环境创设阶段的创新支持与教育目标定向情况;培养过程阶段的学生个体动机、多样性态度、多样性经历、社会参与以及师生互动情况;人才输出阶段的学生个体的创新行为、创新自我效能感、创新意愿、批判性思维倾向以及社会责任领导力情况等十个方面。接下来,本书以的拔尖学生培养计划为典型案例介绍拔尖计划的开展现状,并对比分析拔尖计划学生和普通学生之间的培养成效差异。最后,本书以科学研究助力教育实践,为未来拔尖创新人才培养的改革方向提出有价值的政策启示。
