研究领域介绍:
1. 计算神经科学: 该方向通过开发计算机视觉、深度学习等新技术, 量化解析出神经纤维以及各类神经环路在全脑不同脑区的投射情况, 有助于揭示阿兹海默、抑郁症等脑疾病的发病机理, 推动神经科学领域的发展. 主要与剑桥LMB实验室紧密合作, 相关成果发表于Nature Methods, 美国神经科学年会, 中国科学等;
2. 生物医学的大数据分析: 该方向主要研究超声、病理、心电等生物医学大数据的智能分析方法, 解决临床实际需求, 包括甲状腺/乳腺结节的智能筛查、病理影像中的癌症分级、心脏性疾病的辅助诊断等. 主要与国内十余家医院紧密合作, 相关成果发表于IEEE TMI, Medical Image Analysis, MICCAI等;
3. 视觉大模型与深度学习: 该方向为以上两个应用领域提供算法支撑. 尽管近两年来大模型技术蓬勃发展, 但“通才”大模型难以有效应用于特定领域, 课题组重点研究面向生物医学领域的视觉大模型以及深度学习的新框架与新方法. 相关成果发表于IEEE TMI, IEEE TCSVT, IEEE ISBI, MICCAI等.
 
近期研究问题:
1. 计算神经科学:神经元显微成像的视觉大模型构建, 神经元轴突与胞体的自动检测与分割, 不同发育阶段的脑连接图谱, 三维全脑的非刚体深度配准, 基于VR/AR的脑成像三维可视化分析;
2. 生物医学的大数据分析: 基于动态超声的甲状腺/乳腺结节辅助诊断, 病理影像大模型(全切片病理影像、跨组织细胞分割/计数), 基于心电数据的疾病识别;
3. 视觉大模型与深度学习: 特定生物医学领域的大模型构建方法, 大模型的高效微调与自适应融合方法, 半监督学习, 弱监督学习, 主动学习, 域自适应.
