个人简介

博士,生命科学与技术学院副教授,陕西省计算机学会生物医学智能计算专业委员会委员、陕西省抗癌协会肿瘤影像专业委员会青年委员会常务委员、智慧医疗组副主任委员。2008年本科毕业于,2012年毕业于美国爱荷华大学(University of Iowa)获哲学博士学位,2012-2013年于爱荷华大学医学影像研究中心任博士后研究员。2013年至今在先后任助理教授、副教授。主要讲授本科生课程《数据结构与算法》、《医学智能诊断》和研究生课程《医学人工智能》等。

 

致力于机器视觉技术在医学影像的智能分析中的应用研究,具体研究课题包括基于眼底图像的糖尿病视网膜病变等的检测、基于三维OCT图像的眼底增龄性黄斑病变的诊断、基于便携眼底照相机和智能手机的糖尿病视网膜病变早筛等。先后主持国家级和省部级项目5项,并作为骨干成员参与国家重大仪器开发专项,以第一/通讯作者在IEEE Trans. on Medical Imaging, Medical Image Analysis, Proceedings of IEEE等国际知名学术期刊和会议发表论文30余篇,获授权美国发明专利1项、国家发明专利4项,软件著作权3项等
