研究领域

1.基于流场构造多晶硅CVD反应器的理论及应用研究

基于计算流体力学方法(CFD),建立多晶硅CVD反应器内流动、传热、传质及耦合化学反应的数学模型,研究和探索反应器结构、工艺及操作条件对多晶硅生产能耗的影响。

2.气固两相系统的相间传热和传质过程及耦合化学反应的直接数值模拟研究

基于浸没边界玻尔兹曼(IB-LBM)直接数值模拟方法,研究气固两相系统中颗粒温度(颗粒脉动)及颗粒多分散性对气固相间曳力、传热的影响规律。

3.基于过滤方法的气固相间传热、传质及反应的数学模型开发及应用的研究

结合Euler-Euler双流体模型和过滤方法,研究和开发气固两相系统中气固相间传热、传质及反应的过滤模型并应用于工业尺度反应器的数值计算。
