Honghui Ou

Specially appointed researcher, PhD Tutor

Selected for the Youth Top notch Talent Program of Xi'an Jiaotong University and as a high-level innovation and entrepreneurship talent in Qinchuangyuan, Shaanxi Province. Hosted 6 projects including the National Natural Science Foundation and Shaanxi Provincial Department of Science and Technology. Mainly engaged in the structural design of photocatalysts and electrocatalysts, as well as the design of reactors to enhance catalytic reaction processes, with a focus on nitrogen fixation, carbon fixation, and water splitting reactions. So far, as the first author and corresponding author in J Published over 20 research papers in top international journals such as Am. Chem. Soc., Angew. Chem. Int. Ed., Adv. Mater., and co authored 2 chapters in English. Has won awards such as the First Prize for Scientific and Technological Progress of the China Petroleum and Chemical Industry Federation in 2023 (ranked 4th), Outstanding Doctoral Dissertation of Fujian Province, Outstanding Graduate Student Award of Jiaxi Lu, and Outstanding Postdoctoral Award of the Department of Chemistry at Tsinghua University.
