Notice on 2022 Graduates' Departure

To all international graduates in 2022,

Graduation is sooner approaching. For better assistance with graduates’ processing his or her departure smoothly, certain issues are hereby informed as follows,

I. Procedures for Departure

Please use your own Netid to log in XJTU departure system: http://hello.xjtu.edu.cn for procedures.

1. Graduates are requested to return books borrowed from library, upload graduation thesis, fill in alumni details, pay fees and complete checking-out, and then you can receive your degree and graduation certificates.

2. You can log in to trace your application as well.

①Book borrowing②Thesis review③Alumni details④Supervisor’s confirmation⑤Financial payment⑥Checking-out from dorms⑦Borrowing books⑧Degree certificate delivery⑨Graduation certificate delivery.

You must complete step①to⑦before July 5^th, 2022.

3. Please check the notice onLeaving Campus Guide for International Graduates.

II. Procedures for Checking Out

1. Please check the notice on International Students Checking-Out for2021-2022 Academic Year. You will be informed after the notice has been announced.

2. Students outside China should grant the authorization letter to others and clear their luggage from dormitory before July 25^th, 2022.

III. Files

Graduates must submit documents below to your instructors for file maintenance.

1. Admission Notice

2. JW202 form

3. Copy of the first page and visa page of your passport

4. Copy of your residence permit

5. Transcripts

6. HSK transcripts

7. Rewards and punishments records

8. Copy of your degree certificate (Chinese & English)

9. Copy of your graduation certificate (Chinese &English)

10. Graduate registration form
