Notice on winter vacation of 2024

All international students:

According to the university calendar and therelatedarrangements, the notice onwintervacation is as follows :

1.Schedule

Time for vacation:January15 --February25, 2024.

Registration for new semesterofSIE:

Xingqing Campus: West 13, 2pm to 5pm,Feb24^th, 2024

Yanta Campus: office yard, 9am--12pm, 2pm to 5pm,Feb24^th, 2024

Iharbor Campus: B5 dorm, 9am--12pm,Feb24^th, 2024

Class starts onFeb26^th, 2024

2. Registration

Students are required to registertoSchool ofInternationalEducation (SIE)within the specific time arranged by theuniversity. Those who cannot register within the mentioned timeshallask for leavewithapplication paperto SIE. Theycan suspend theirregistration procedures after approval. Those who do not ask for leave or their leave is not approved for more than two weeks will beregarded aswithdrawal from the universityautomatically.

3.Reminder

Please abide by Chinese lawsandregulations,anduniversityrules. Those who violatethemand arepunished by the public security or judicial departments shall be given severe warning or even expulsion fromthe universitybased onthe seriousness of their circumstances.avoid viaolations of law and discipline with illegal work, expired visas, drunkenness, disturb neighbours and other actions.

Students leave Xi 'anshallreport to theirinstructorsin advance before leaving.They shall pay attention to their safety and return to university on time.

Students who stay in Xi’an during the vacation shall alsopay attention tothesafety. It’s strictly forbidden to use illegal electrical appliances in the dormitory. It isforbidden toreturndormafter 23:30pm.Lock the door whilegoing outand takealong withvaluables.
