INTRODUCTION

The heating holder sample stage, which is made of two ieces the bottom with a built-in  heating element and electrical connections and the top for securing the sample.

The heater electrical connection is led from the vacuum to the outside through a  lead wire with a airtight feed thru, and it is connected to the power supply control unit with the supplied cable.
